Every kind of call an agency gets
The first question sorts the caller, then it follows the script you approved for that kind of call.
Tenants: maintenance
Takes the address, what's wrong and whether water, power or security is affected, then logs it routine or urgent by your agency's list.
Applicants: viewings
Answers the questions you've written up for the listing and books a viewing into the times you've opened in your calendar.
Owners
Takes the property, what they need and the best time to reach them, and books a call with their property manager.
Sales and appraisals
Books an appraisal or a callback with the right person instead of leaving a buyer or seller to voicemail.
Urgent repairs, handled the way your agency handles them
Each state's tenancy law sets out what counts as an urgent repair, and every agency has its own after-hours procedure. We load yours before it goes live.
- Your urgent list, word for word: burst pipes, no hot water, gas smell, unsafe wiring, a broken lock, whatever your agency includes.
- Urgent requests are marked URGENT at the top of the summary email, with the address and the tenant's number.
- Urgent ones can also be texted to your on-call phone, or put straight through to it. We set that up and test it with you before launch.
- Anything it can't answer, it says so and takes a message. It never promises a contractor, a time or a cost you haven't approved.
PropertyMe, PropertyTree and the rest
It works alongside PropertyMe, PropertyTree and Console. They only open direct connections to software partners they approve, so every call is written up and emailed to your team, ready to log.
What you get instead is a clean summary of every call by email, with the property, the tenant, the problem and the urgency, ready to copy into your system, plus viewings and callbacks already in the calendar. If a direct connection matters to your agency, ask us on the call and we'll tell you what's possible and what it would cost before you pay anything.
What we set up for you
You don't configure anything. We build it with you, you approve the script, and we look after it once it's live.
- A script for each caller type, in your agency's words.
- Your urgent repair list and after-hours procedure.
- Viewing and callback times from your calendar, so it only offers what's free.
- Who gets which summary: maintenance to one person, owners to another, leasing to a third.
- Changes within 2 business days whenever your process changes, under our change guarantee.
What it costs
From A$499 a month, set up and looked after by us. Every system starts with a 14-day free trial.
Card required. 14-day free trial, then $499/mo from day 15. No setup fee. No lock-in contract; cancel any time. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
Questions owners ask
Does it work with PropertyMe?
It works alongside it. PropertyMe only opens direct connections to partners it approves, so every call arrives as an emailed summary with the property, tenant, problem and urgency, ready to log.
Can it tell an urgent repair from a routine one?
Yes, using your agency's urgent repair list. We load your list and your after-hours procedure, and it marks anything on that list as urgent in the summary. If a tenant isn't sure, it errs towards urgent and says a person will confirm.
Can it book viewings?
Yes. It offers only the viewing times you've opened in your calendar, reads the booking back to the caller and texts them a confirmation.
How many properties does it suit?
Inbound calls are unlimited, so it doesn't matter whether you manage 80 doors or 1,500. What changes with size is the routing: more people to send summaries to, which we set up with you.
