What does the managed AI system cover?

The managed AI system covers the path from a new enquiry to a handover: first response, qualification, booking or the agreed next action, follow-up and a summary for your team, with unlimited inbound calls. A website is included if you need one; not everyone does. Which parts apply depends on your workflow, and we map it with you before anything is switched on.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The first 14 days are free, then A$499/month starts on day 15 unless you cancel first. A card is required at signup, and there's no setup fee and no lock-in contract.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes, managed AI systems are month to month, with no contracts and no exit fees.

Can we buy a website on its own?

Yes, the standard standalone website is A$997 one-off. Optional A$79/month care covers hosting, maintenance and 2 changes a month; without it, changes are charged separately. Anything materially outside the standard scope is quoted before we begin.

We already use a booking or job system. Do we have to change it?

No, keep what you have. Tell us what you use on the call and we will tell you what we can connect to.

What counts as a custom business system?

A custom business system is a portal, dashboard, bespoke workflow, custom automation or larger implementation project that needs discovery and individual scoping before a responsible price can be given.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there's no setup fee on the managed AI system. You pay the monthly price once the 14-day free trial ends, and nothing if you cancel before then.

Is there a limit on how many calls it answers?

No, inbound calls are unlimited on the managed AI system. There's no call cap and no overage charge.
