Case study
WA Machine Services: from nothing to live in two days
Danie needed a proper website and did not want a project. He had one built and live in two days, with the tweaks he asked for done the next day. In the first month it brought him 4 clients through its enquiry form, through a channel his business did not have a month earlier. Here is exactly how it was built.

A website doing its job, on its own
4 clients came to Danie through the enquiry form in the first month. A month earlier there was no form and no site, so every one of those is work that reached him through a channel that did not exist. That is the whole story of this build.
It is worth being clear about what produced it, because it makes the result easy to judge. This was a website build. No missed-call text-back, no review automation, no AI receptionist, and no Google Business Profile behind it. The site did that on its own.
The brief
WA Machine Services is a Perth machinery business run by Danie. The situation was the one we see most often: a real business with real customers and no website, or nothing that worked, and an owner with no appetite for a three-month project involving four rounds of revisions and a project manager.
What he actually wanted:
- A proper site that made the business look like the business it is
- It working on a phone, because that is where his customers are
- It done quickly, without becoming a job he had to manage
- The ability to ask for a couple of changes afterwards without it turning into a negotiation
That last one matters more than it sounds. The reason people put off getting a website is almost never the money. It is the fear of a slow, fiddly process where they end up chasing somebody.
The build
Two days from brief to live, then the requested tweaks the following day.
That timeline is possible for one reason: we do not start from a blank page. There is a library of designs already built for this kind of business, so the work is choosing the right one, building it around Danie's actual business, and shipping. Nobody spends a week deciding on a colour palette.
It also means the client-side work is small and front-loaded. Danie provided what his business does and what it looks like, and everything after that was on us. There was no point where the build was waiting on him to review a wireframe.
Every site goes through the same 40-item pre-launch check before it goes live: mobile layout on a real viewport, every link clicked, images actually loading, page speed, metadata, structured data. It is a hard gate rather than a checklist someone remembers, so a fast build cannot mean a sloppy one.
What shipped

- A mobile-first site that loads fast on a phone on patchy signal
- Click-to-call in the thumb zone, so the primary action needs no scrolling
- The services laid out in plain language rather than industry jargon
- An enquiry form that reaches him rather than a shared inbox nobody reads
- Hosting, certificate and the technical maintenance handled, so there is nothing for him to renew
That fourth one is the part that has actually done the work, and it is worth noticing how ordinary it is. A form that works, goes somewhere a human reads, and is easy to find on a phone. That is the whole mechanism behind the result further down.
The site is live and you can open it. Open it on your phone, which is where his customers see it.
In Danie's words
“I needed a proper website and Sam at OP Digital had it built and live in two days. I asked for a few final tweaks and he had those sorted the next day. Genuinely impressed with how fast and easy the whole thing was.”

The result
4
clients came to Danie through the enquiry form on the website, in the first month.
Two days of build, then 4 clients inside the first month. Every one of them found him, decided he looked like the business to call, and filled in a form that did not exist thirty days earlier. That is a website doing precisely the job it is for.
It is also the part most trade websites never get to. Being findable is only half of it. The other half is looking like the business you actually are the moment somebody lands, and making the next step obvious enough that they take it. Danie's site does both, which is why the form fills in.
And this is the version without the automation
Worth sitting with, if you are weighing up what to spend. Everything on this page came from the website alone. Our monthly plan puts the missed-call text-back and the Google review automation behind that same site, catching the callers who ring instead of typing and turning finished jobs into Google reviews. Neither is running here.
One site, one bill, and the enquiries you cannot answer get caught too. Both products are priced openly, including what happens to the site if you leave.
